Some users have had problems log in. Apparently this normally occurs when people have two or more O2 accounts. O2 have given the advice that you need to use the original account created when you joined O2. Your username and password would have been sent to you in an email as a reminder. If you joined O2 when you were in an O2 or Apple store, your username will have been on your contract. A follow-up username reminder would have been sent to you by text, along with your password sent by text once you'd connected. If you joined O2 in a Carphone Warehouse, you'll have received both your username and password by text
O2 also warned that you cannot access the app if you have more than one phone number on the same bill, though it's working to upgrade the application so that it can cope with that issue. If you have lost these details or you are still having problems with the app after trying the advice from the company give their customer support number a call. |
